INGREDIENTS
2, 5 kg Steak Mince2x Onions, chopped2 teaspoon Garlic, crushed... ½ Green Pepper, chopped3-4 teaspoon Sweet Piquante Peppers (Pick & Pay) brand... 2 Tamotoes, grated1 & ½ teaspoon Paprika2 teaspoon Masala½ teaspoon Chillie powder1 /2 teaspoon Jiera powder1 teaspoon Tumeric powder1 teaspoon Garlic & Bbq Spice4x Stick Cinnamon3x Kardamon Pods6 Potatoes, halved.. METHOD
In a large pot add the onions, garlic...Cook until nice & yellow in colour.Then add the spices, tamotoes , green pepper & Sweet piquante peppers.. Then add the mince, wash it seperate, add too the pot & potatoes lastly. Sprinkle with Danya...Cook for 25-30 minutes on medium heat. Serve with Roti, White Fragrant Rice & Mango Artchaar or Tomato/Onion sambal😋
INFO & TIPS
Add 2 green chillies.. For a hotter curry🥘, if you dont like Sweet piquante peppers can add extra half of green pepper..) make it a thicker consistency👍
