Egg white Sugar (1:2 ratio egg to sugar) e.g egg white 100g: sugar 200g Vanilla (optional)Food coloring gel (optional)
Separate the egg and weigh the egg whites what ever the amount is double the amount and thats amount of sugar u need In a bowl add the egg whites and beat till stiff peek (you beat it so well that if u turn the bowl the egg whites will not spill) On a low to medium speed mix and add 1 tablespoon. Sugar at a time till all sugar is complete. now add vanilla and food coloring gelNow on medium to high speed beat till the sugar is dissolved. Add to a piping bag with any nozzle and pipe and shape u like. Be sure to line your baking tray. Bake at 100c for 35 to 40 minutes.Enjoy

Note: if using food coloring u can add it in with the vanilla or u can make strips on ur piping bags.
