For the chicken: Cut chicken fillets in thin strips marinate with garlic paste lemon juice chilli flakes salt and cornflour. For the sauce: Take a pot put oil add finely sliced garlic add ketchup soya sauce vinegar chilli flakes sugar and salt. For the noodles: Take a wok add oil garlic , onions, cabbage and red peppers little soya sauce and sweet chilli sauce stir fry and add boiled noodles add salt to taste.
At the time of frying add some plain flour for crispy coating. Fry chicken strips in batches and keep aside.
for sause: In a cup dissolve cornflour with cold water add to the sauce mixture until thickens of good consistency. leave aside
To serve: Lay the noodles in a dish put the fried chicken in the centre add the sauce over the chicken and garnish with crispy fried carrots.
