Quantity was +-1kg
Grated carrots +- 3 cups grated on small side Milk -1 cup( even less) (Yes you saw right quantity this is quick easy method)
Boil the above till the milk is thick and reduced and carrots are softened
then braise
ghee (Clarified butter) - 4-5 tablespoon* 3 tablespoon soji (semolina) * 2 pce tuj (cinnamon stick)*3 Elachi (cardomom)Add to the reduced milk mixtureThen add ¼ cup sugar and OrLittle condensed 1 can nestle dessert cream ¼,cup klim. Powder or any Milk powder Cashew nuts -10 or sliced almonds3 tablespoon Dessicated Coconut optional Elachi (cardomom) Powder - ½teaspoon Small drops egg yellow and very tiny drop red colouringSaffron
Mix well cook on stove then put in oven 180* for 15-20 minutesGarnish with almonds etc
