125 g soft butter¾ cup sugar½ cup oilBeat the sugar and butter wellAdd¾ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)½ teaspoon Nutmeg1 teaspoon Baking powder2 tablespoon Semolina½ teaspoon BicarbBeat well & mix Add Flour( +-2 Cups flour) slowly to make a soft doughRoll into small ballsStick a sliced almond and press down slightlyBake in oven at 170 (I baked at 180) for +-15 - 20 minutes or Until Golden Enjoy😋
