2 eggs1&Β½ tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon Sugar1&ΒΌ teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Kalonji seeds1 teaspoon Soomph3&Β½ teaspoon Baking powder1 cup Milk4&Β½ cups Flour
METHOD
Beat the eggs, sugar and ghee (Clarified butter).Add the rest of the ingredients to make the dough.Divide the dough into approx 12 balls and roll each naan out to the size of a side plate.Brush with egg and sprinkle Kalonji seeds over.Heat the tawa and grease with ghee (Clarified butter).Place the naan on and turn over once done.Remove from the tawa and brush with garlic butter.Wrap in a tea towel to keep warm.
