No ghee No Chana Flour No Egg
RECIPE
125 g soft butter
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
Beat the sugar and butter well
Add
¾ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon Semolina
½ teaspoon Bicarb
Beat well & mix Add Flour
( +-2 Cups flour) slowly to make a soft dough
Roll into small balls
Stick a sliced almond and press down slightly
Bake in oven at 170 (I baked at 180)
for +-15 - 20 minutes or Until Golden
Enjoy😋

Optional I add 2 Tblsp dessicated Coconut whenever I feel like
