Mutton:1 kg mutton 1 big onion sliced2 med tomatoes cubedHalf cup plain double cream yoghurt 1 Bay leave4 ClovesFew black pepper corns1 tablespoon Whole cumin seeds1 big Cinnnamon stick
Achaari (pickled )Masala 2 tablsp fennal seeds1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds1 tabsp black seeds1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon salt1 tablsp red chillie powder 2 tablsp whole coriander Grind the fennal seeds, whole coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds until they are fine.Add other masala ingredients to it and keep aside keep aside.
Heat oil, add onions, fry until soft than add the bay, leave pepper corns, cloves ,whole cumin seeds and cinnamon stick. Cook for 2 minutes, add meat, cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the masala, cook for 10 minutes,add tomatoes , cook for 10 minutes, add 1 and half cup of water, slow cook till meat is done or pressure cook. when meat is done add yoghurt and adjust salt and chillies add whole green chilllies.Cook for another 10 minutes garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot Enjoy😋.
Garlic Tatoes2 med sized potatoes boiled and cut in med Qtrs4 green chillies finely chopped 1 tablespoon garlic pasteFew coriander leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon Chinese salt 1 teaspoon whole cumin and black pepper Salt Splash of lemon juice3 tablespoon oil
Heat oil , add garlic, fry on medium heat so that garlic don't taste raw. Add the green chillies, cumin seeds and chopped coriander. Add black pepper, salt Chinese salt(zeal) optional. Add the potatoes than lemon juice. Cook for a minute. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy😋
