250g butter 3 tablespoon water3 tablespoon liquid glucose 1 and ¼ cup sugar 1 cup almonds
Grease a baking tray or pyrex dishMelt water, butter, liquid glucose and sugar. Boil over medium heat for +- 20 minutes . When mixture turns brown and comes away from pot . Add almonds and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove mixture quickly from pot into a greased baking tray or pyrex dish . Leave to cool . Break into pieces and enjoy!

I also added about 1/4 cup saumph .Add it when adding the almonds if you like.
