1 kg chicken fillet Cut in strips (I prefer thin strips)1 teaspoon ginger garlic 2 teaspoon Cajun spice 2 teaspoon Chillie powder 2 teaspoon Coconut powder1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) Salt to taste 2 tablespoon Plain youghurt2 tablespoon Peri peri sauce whichever Brand you prefer2 tablespoon Tamato sauce3 tablespoon Butter add extra if you find it less
In a pan heat butter till nice and hotAdd in Spices and ginger garlic When chicken is slightly cooked add in Youghurt and Sauces and allow to cook till nice and and thick. Serve in wraps or plain, Garnish with dhania (coriander) if served on its own.

I used this saucy chicken in a wrap
Came out delicious
You can add extra spices and Sauces if you find it less
Don't add too much of salt as spices already have enough salt
Add a small amount and thereafter if you find it less you can add more.
