Used the steers saucy chicken recipe to make chicken ( this can be found on my page) (4 fillets)2 tablespoon steers tikka sauce2 teaspoon peri peri marinate1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon lemon an herbHalf teaspoon saltHalf teaspoon chilli flakes1 teaspoon Portuguese spice1 teaspoon tandoori spice1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon red chilli paste1 tablespoon tomatoe paste Juice Half a lemon1 tablespoon olive oilStep 22 tablespoon mayonnaise3 tablespoon peri peri steers sauceHalf a small green pepper cubedHalf a small onion cubed4 or 5 springs onions choppedHandful of corriander choppedStep3Mozerella cheese2 footlong or long loavesGarlic butterDried parsley
METHOD
Cook the chicken in a pot with olive oil an chopped garlic on a low flame careful not to dry out chicken (12/15min)Once cooled Shred it an add ingredients from step 2Mix well into a nice mixture then continue to use ingredients from step 3Cut down the centre of the foot long or loavesCover the inside with garlic butter also on the topStuff with chicken mixture inCover in mozerella sprinkle some parsley an grill till slightly charred an cheese is melted
