INGREDIENTS
1 kg red dry chilli soaked seeds (optional remove seeds and chop )½ kg fresh red chillies chopped (optional remove seeds if you prefer )1 kg garlic (add the ginger garlic mix)1 cup whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 cup Dhana1 cup Lemon juice 1 cup white vinegar.l(Or u can use only vinegar)1 large tin tomato puree -(optional see below tip) 1 cup rough salt SaltGrind the above all togetherKeep refrigerated ( Freezer suitableThaw at room temp when required)
METHOD
Another Variation in case you feel like adding both the 1 kg garlic and 1 kg ginger garlic Do it doesn't make a difference with the food in fact it tastes betterAnd some paprika for colourAnd little yellow food colouringOPTIONAL SOMETIMESI Also add 160 g Amina Tandoori marinade

For all uses
Roasts Fry's add in Chicken Pillau's Currys Roasts etc i also leave out the tomato puree as some recipes don't require it so this recipe is versatile
