Bring to boil in a large saucepan:1L Milk½ teaspoon cardamom powder3 whole cardamomsSaffron threadsChopped Almonds and pistachios ½ teaspoon vanilla¼ teaspoon yellow color4 tablespoon sugarCondensed milk to taste (optional)
Now, mix with your hands: 1 cup + 3 tablespoon milk powder (Nido)¾ teaspoon baking powder1 egg Mix well. Grease your hands with butter and make small balls +/- 15. When the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and add the balls into it, close the lid and leave for 10 minutes (the balls will double its volume) turn them around and leave it for some more time. Top with chopped almonds, pistachios and dry roses.
