1 cup Klim¼ teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon oil 1 egg beaten
Mix above together till it forms a sticky but manageable dough. Add pink colouring and mix. Roll into small balls using oiled hands.
In a pot heat … 1 litre milk, 6 tablespoon sugar, ¾ teaspoon cardamom powder , few drops rose water . Mix and allow to heat.. Add the milk powder balls to this and once they start to swell lower heat and cook for 10 minutes..
Add a drizzle of roohafza over and mix gently.Garnish with silver paper and almonds.
Serve well chilled!
