1 litre milk1 cup sugar Saffron½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder (cardamom)
Bring to boil untill milk is almost reduced to half of its original quantity
1 cup klim (any milk powder)1 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon oil1 egg½ teaspoon baking powder
Sift klim, flour and baking powder in a bowlAdd in oil and beaten egg Knead untill becomes a shiny doughMake small round balls Add them in the milk mixture cook on high flame for 5 minutes then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 8 -10 minutes Lightly stir being careful that the balls dont break Top with almonds , and pistachiosServe chilled
