Step 1In Dish Sift 1 & ½ Cup Cake Flour mix 2 teaspoon Baking Powder to it keep aside Now in your Food Processor Add125 g Soft Butter1 Cup Normal Sugar (or Castor Sugar) Beat well till smooth light and CreamyAdd 2 Eggs (one at a time)Add VanillaBeat well Till CreamyAlternate by adding the flour gradually and Using ¾ Cup Milk (Slightly Luke warm) Always Alternate you might require more Milk Mix wellPour into your well greased baking Tray SPRINKLE WITH Chopped Pecan or Almonds etc before you bake or leave it Plain Bake at 180*for 20-25 minutes depending on your Oven Alliw to cool before cutting Keep it sealed in a Tupperware Enjoy😋
