INGREDIENTS
1 small box sour milk (inkomasi)2 teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoon kuri masala (combination of dhania (coriander),chillies and onions liquidised)1 ½ tablespoon gram flour1 teaspoon salt *mix all of the above ingredients together in a pot , then put to boil
NB. continue stirring once on stove to avoid lumpiness
METHOD
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
mustard seeds
½ onion
⅓ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
braise to make wagaar and in to sour milk
once boiled
Lastly chop some Dania and mint leaves.
kitchrie:
1 cup rice
¼ tumeric
¼ cup yellow dholl(moong dholl)
1 teaspoon salt
boil till rice and dholl is cooked.
Fry thinly sliced onions for rice wagaar.
