INGREDIENTS
500g extra lean beef mince Handful chopped danya 2 sprigs of fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoons of salt 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder 1 Teaspoon paprika 2 eggs beaten 2 green chillies finely chopped Half cup breadcrumbs ¼ cup parmsesan cheese ¼ olive oil1 small garlic cloves and 1 half onion in slices
METHOD
Mix the mince with all the ingredients (in no particular order) Ensure that you have mixed everything together so that the mince can absorb all the different ingredients. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll into little balls. Should make 20 frikkadels or more In a pan and medium heat, add your onions and garlic and let it cook until brown. Had the frikkadels all alongside the pan and add more oil if needed. Fry until brown turning them so each side is cooked. Once done, remove from pan and serve with mashed potatoe, tomato chutney and baked beans or add to a bolognese sauce for meatballs and spaghetti
