5 cups flour5 tablespoon sugar 4 tablespoon oil 1 packet instant yeast ½ teaspoon salt Mix together leave to rise punch down, roll and shape anyhow. Leave it to rise again, then fry on medium heat turning it now and again till its nice and brown in color and cooked inside.. Enjoy it with whatever fillings you like.. 🤗

I slit the vetkoek open, spread mayo and methi atchaar masala inside. Put lettuce, coldmeat, tomato, onion and eat it like a sandwich..
