RECIPE
In a bowl mix1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon yeast mix with ½ cup warm water keep aside
Sift together 2 cups flour(Optional : 1 tablespoon milk powder )½ teaspoon salt
Add the water mixture to the dry ingredients to make a soft dough Cover in a warm place to double in sizeRoll out in.a floured board and cut slightly thick rounds
Fry in oilCut the vetkoeks like pockets Mix with your favourite fillingWith fried potato chips Enjoy warm
