Delicious vetkoek
INGREDIENTS
5 and half cups cake flour 2 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons sugar 1 packet instant yeast I use the purple packet 2 cups like warm water
METHOD
Mix salt ,sugar , water and yeast in a bowl with the water and set aside for 5 minutes Add the yeast mixture to the cake flour and work in untill everything has come together Cover with a cloth and let it rise in warm place I heat my microwave for 5 minutes Add with a cup of water remove the water and then put my dough into microwave for 2 hours Remove and punch down the dough Break the dough into 12 balls Flatten it with hands and place in floured surface Let it rise for 20 minutes Fry in mod hot oil till brown I scoop the oil on the vetkoek once I placed it in the oil It make it rise real high Remove and set on paper
