Bismillah.
INGREDIENTS
half an onionhalf a tomato 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seedshandful of curry leaves2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon green masala¼ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon salt 500ml sour milk (inkomaas) 1 tablespoon cake flour A dash of fresh cream
METHOD
1. Slice half an onion, cube half a tomato into thin small pieces, 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds, handful of curry leaves. Add 2 tablespoon oil to your pot and braise on low until everything is cooked and looks mushed. 2. Thereafter add 1 teaspoon green masala, ¼ teaspoon tumeric, ½ teaspoon crushed garlic and ½ teaspoon salt and braise for a few seconds. 3. Add 500ml sour milk (inkomaas) and 1 tablespoon cake flour and continuously whisk until the mixture starts coming to a boil. 4. Add a dash of fresh cream, mix, leave on low for 5 minutes. Switch stove off. ENJOY 😍
