5-6 carrots. Peel and cut into very thin chip pieces. Wash and keep in colander till nice and dry. Little oil 2 green chillies. Slit in half Salt to taste Red chilli powder fine. 1 teaspoon Fine dhana 1 teaspoon Fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon Vinegar as neededFresh dhania (coriander) to Garnish

Mix all the ingredients together till its all blended Lastly add the carrots into mixtureLet mixture cover all the carrots Cut fresh dhania (coriander) to Garnish it
