1 kg chicken pieces Washed and drained.
Braise 2 chopped onions in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon each:Cloves Whole peppercorns Whole jeeru (cumin)2 Taj and Elachi (cardomom) Slit chillies Add chicken pieces 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon sujees green masala 1 teaspoon sujees kholvad biryani masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 2 teaspoon salt1 cup liquidised tomatoes Cook.Add in fried potatoes 4 grated carrots3 cups washed basmati rice Add in 2 cups water Cook 20 minutesSteam in oven ½ hour. Serve with dahi and salads
