INGREDIENTS
1cup Mungh dhal
1 onion diced
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon chillies powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
1/2 teaspoon crush garlic
6 baby corn cut into 3
1/4cup peas (frozen)
1/2punnet baby mushroom
1 Tomatoe cubed
METHOD
Boil Mungh until soft but not mushy Drisn and leave aside
Heat oil fry onions, jeeru (cumin),and garlic till light pink
Add vegetable and spices stir fry on low heat 4 3-5 minutes
mix in the
Mungh dhal steam 4 few minutes serve with hot chapatti and
onion
