1 tin cream style sweetcorn1 teaspoon baking powderSalt to tasteBlack pepper¼ teaspoon coriander powder1/4 teaspoon cumin powderFresh chopped corianderChopped spring onions3-4 green chillies chopped1 cup flour1 egg
METHOD
1. Mix ingredients together2. Nonstick pan - Heat little oil on a medium heat3. Place fritter mix on in little circles (make sure it's not too thick)4. Cook till it's done
