INGREDIENTS
For the steak:
500g steak, cut in cubesHalf punnet sliced mushrooms1 pepper, cubed1 medium onion, slicedSalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon ginger garlic1 tablespoon red chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon Chillie powder¼ teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon tomatoe puree2 Tblspns sweet chillie sauce1 tablespoon mayo1 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce ghee (Clarified butter)Whorchestshire sauce
METHOD
Marinate steak in salt, pepper, ginger garlic, chillie garlic past, tumeric, chillie powder.
Saute onions in ghee (Clarified butter), then add in steak. Add in water and cook steak.
When almost done add in peppers and mushroom. When water is almost dried add in tomatoe paste.
Cook for further 10 minutes and add in sauces.
For the Tortilla:Make roti, if u have ready made, that works perfect as well.
Roll steak filling and set side by side in Pyrex. Fill in all gaps.
Make a white sauce, 1 ½ cups milk, 2-3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour), butter, salt and pepper. Boil till nice and thick. Pour over the tortillas. Top over with cheese and pop in oven till cheese melts.
