INGREDIENTS
Alittle coconut oil1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 eggsA dash of milkGround black PepperPeri peri spiceSalt to tasteCheese of choiceA handful of baby spinach chopped
METHOD
Add oil and ghee (Clarified butter) in pan on a medium - low heat.
In a bowl, beat eggs and add in all ingredients except cheese and mix.Pour in pan and let cook. Once underside is slightly golden, flip.
Add cheese on half the omelette and fold over.Done once cheese melts.
Dab away an excess oil with a paper towel.
Sprinkle more black pepper
