1 x Chicken cut into pieces or whole butterflied
2 tablespoon Soya sauce
¾ teaspoon Black pepper
2 teaspoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt to Taste
1 teaspoon Meat tenderiser
3 tablespoon Per-Peri sauce
4 tablespoon Olive oil
Combine all the ingredients listed and marinate
for as long as possible (2Hrs+). I normally leave
it to marinate overnight.

Best prepared over a charcoal braai or gas flame
grill. Can be grilled in the oven as well.
