INGREDIENTS
1 cup Gram flour, 1 cup brown flour, boiling water(about 2 cups), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, 2 teaspoon chopped coriander, 2 tablespoon oil. Oil for frying.
METHOD
Add both flours to a deep bowl, add salt and mix. Then add boiling water and mix with a fork until incorporated. Let cool and wet fingers with oil to knead the dough. Add the caraway seeds and coriander and continue to knead. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest in the bowl. Roll out rotis and fry. About 3 minutes on each side till bubbled up and brown. Enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
I noticed that the longer the dough rests, the softer the roti will be. So I let it rest for about an hour.
