Variation Strawberry Cheesecake by Raeesa Ismail Omar 🐅

1 tub strawberry double cream yogurt 1 x can condense milk 1 packet tennis biscuit 3/4cup melted butter Fresh strawberries and cream for decorating
Crush biscuit and add melted butter. Pat into a springform pan and put in fridge for an hour. Mix together yogurt and Condense milk in a microwave friendly bowl. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Take out, mix and repeat 3 times. The mixture will be thick. Set aside to cool. Once cool, pour on top of biscuits and put back in fridge to set. Decorate as desired

*the original recipe calls for lemon juice and Plain yogurt, and granadilla pulp for the top.
before adding the strawberries I soaked them alil in sugar and a squirt of lemon juice so they stay fresher for longer
