1 & ½ tab dhania (coriander) powder
1 & ½ tab jeera powder
1 tab chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder ½ tab gharum masala

Giv it a gud mix. Add five gratd tomato

Then add maas 500ml box. U cn use
yoghurt if u want...(preferable)
Add sum whole green chilli, abt 2or 3
Add sum crushd fried onions. And boil
a gud pinch of saffrn strands wit rose water and
add half of it to the meat.
Nw leev to marinate for a couple of
hours...overnite wil b great also.
In the meantime prepare your rice and
Masoor (Back lentils). Oh yes and your potatoes. For a
whole chickn u wil nid bout 3cups of rice (I use
basmati, so soak for atleast
half hour before boiling) boil til half
done. Drain. Use 1/2cup Masoor (Back lentils) boil til
done and fry potatoes. I usualy colour
the potatoes wit egg yellow powder, just a
pinch and then fry...they luk pretty Then strt

At the bottom of the pot add sum oil
and sum ghee (Clarified butter), then throw a handful of
Masoor (Back lentils) then put marinatd chickn. Add
a gud handful of chopd dhania (coriander) and
sum chopd mint leaves...nw add the rest of the
Masoor (Back lentils) reserving sum for
garnish. Place the potatoes. Nw add the
rice. garnish the top wit the Masoor (Back lentils) and
sum fried onions. Pour the rest of the
rose water/saffron mixture over the
rice. Put on stove seal pot so that no steam
escapes(just put sumtng heavy
on it) cook for half hour to 45mins and
then put in oven to dry out. Serve wit
salad and raita. Enjoy (,)
