RECIPE
4 slices of chicken fillets (cut butterfly)
1ts t of lemon pepper½ teaspoon of Aromat (a South African Spice)½ teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon of cajun spice @inapaarmanskitchen1/4tspgreen masala (optional)1 teaspoon kashmiri chillis
A squeeze of lemon juice
1 egg
Half cup milk/buttermilkCoating:
1 cup self raising flourHalf cup breadcrumbsSprinkle of parsley, chicken spice, lemon pepperMethod:
Marinate the fillets in all the spices and egg and milk. Overnight or for a few hours
Dip in the coating and fry on medium heat till done.
Can be baked on 180 for 15-20 minutes with a slight drizzle of oil
Spices can be adjusted according to own preference .
Sauces can be added to Marinade instead of the egg.. Serve with sides of your choice...this makes a quick easy finger snack...Adjust spices as desired ...perfect for wraps and burgers as
