Chicken fillets butterflied & tenderised
Marinated it fresh crushed cloves of garlic, a squeeze of fresh lemon & sea salt. Leave for a few hrs
Place oil or garlic butter on a griddle pan & sear fillets on both sides. Then sprinkle mochachos hot spice on each side while turning. Do this everytime u turn it
Put lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeños on one side of bun, put a chicken fillet on other half of bun top with miracle whip & mochachos sauce. Serve with mochachos spiced chips.
