1 kg chicken filletsSlit, mallet, wash and drain For the marinate: 3-4 tablespoons sriracha sauce (I used the @picknpay sriracha sauce)2 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon red chilli powderA sprinkling of lemon pepper Allow to marinateCook on a griddle with cubes of butter. I used ready bought rolls. Butter roll. Layer lettuce, chicken and a slice of tomato. Drizzle @woolworths sriracha mayo. Enjoy 😉
