INGREDIENTS
250g marg
3 n1/4 tablespoon bicarb
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar(dep on how sweet u want it)
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 cups jungle oats
METHOD
Melt marg in pot on the stove.Add
bicarb,golden syrup and bring to a
boil.Remove from stove. Mix all the dry
ingredients in a separate bowl.Now add dry
ingedients to melted butter mixture .Mix
well.Grease oven proof dish .Place mixture
into dish.Preheat oven to 180 deg.Place dish
into heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or
until golden brown.Cut into squares while
still hot.Leave to cool and remove squares
only when crunchies are completely cold,
