4 large potatoes, cubed1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Sprinkle of mustard seeds Sprinkle of whole jeera¼ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeraCrushed chilieBoiled water, for cookingChili sauce of choice ( I used a homemade Chili sauce) Green chutney of choice ( I used Taza green chili chutney) Cheese, gratedBread of choiceButter, for toasting
In a pot, add ghee (Clarified butter), whole spices, potatoes and masala. Mix until combined, add some water and allow to cook. Continue to stir and add alittle water so potatoes cook and doesn't burn. Once cooked, take of stove. To assemble the sanwich:Take 2 slices of bread, on 1 add the red chutney, then the potatoe filling, some cheese, put the green chutney on the other and cover. Butter the tops and toast.
