In a bowl mix all ingredients 1 together to form marinade.Add the chicken in batches to marinade, so that chicken can be coated well. Mix until all chicken is well coated. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The longer you leave the chicken to marinate the tastier the dish will be.In a frying pan on medium to high heat add ingredients 2. Fry until onions are golden.Reduce the heat and add the marinated chicken pieces. After all the pieces are added, leave them undisturbed for 1-2 minutes. Now flip and turn the chicken pieces. Once the raw smell of the spices vanishes, cover the chicken and let cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Make sure to remove the cover and stir the chicken 2-3 times. Stir and mix everything together.In a bowl mix all ingredients 3 together until creamy. Add the milk mix (ingredients 3) to the chicken or you can add the substitute instead.Now add ingredients 4 to the chicken, stir and mix everything together.Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat or till chicken is cooked.Serve and enjoy!
