5 Cups Flour1 Packet Instant Yeast½ Cup Sugar¼ teaspoon Salt2 Cups Warm Milk2 tablespoon Softened Butter
METHOD
Combine Dry IngredientsAdd Butter & MilkMix Well to form a soft doughLeave to rise for an hourRoll out into a thin large square
Filling:Top with chilli sauce, steak/chicken filling, polony, chips and cheese.Cut strips on sides of dough.Fold over like a plait.Brush With egg.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
