INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillet¼ cup Plain yoghurt250ml fresh creamGinger garlic pasteTandoori masalaGharum masalajeeru (cumin) powder Dhana powder 50g tomato paste2 tablespoon butter
METHOD
1. Chop half an onion and saute in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) until onion is translucent. Then add in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. 2. Add 2 chicken fillet cubbed and let cook until fillet is white. 3. Once white add in 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon tandoori masala, ½ teaspoon chillie powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon dhana powder, ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder, ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) , ¼ cup plain yogurt and ¼ cup of milk and let cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked nicely. 4. Then add in 1 whole 50g sachet tomato paste, about 2 tablespoon butter ( add more if you'd like ) and 250ml fresh cream then let simmer on low until sauce thickens nicely. ENJOY 😍 with Naan / Roti / Rice
