3 ½ tablespoon Mayo
½ cup nandos garlic sauce
Lemom juice to taste
Butter
¼ cup fresh cream
Parsley
METHOD
Marinade chicken with crushed garlic, red masala, mochachos spice, mayo , garlic sauce an lemon juice and cook in butter. In a separate pot melt butter, add fresh cream and parsley. Boil and add to cooked chicken, allow to simmer for 5 minutes and serve
