2 pieces chicken fillet cut into thin big cubes or strips 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon calistos garlic and herb spice ( any brand u hava ) 1 teaspoon gorimas bbq ¼ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder salt to taste 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon mayo 1 tablespoon prego sauce oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 packet knorrs pasta mix of your choice I used the cheese , garlic and mushroom mix in 1 cup milk and set aside
125ml fresh cream ½ cup grated mozzarella
2 cups pasta boil as per packet instruction . I normally use fettuccine ( was out of some this time so use the shells )
Marinade chicken with all the ingredients , saute onion until translucent add chicken and cook until completely done . remove from pan . in the same pan add the prepared knorr sauce with the cheese and fresh cream give it a quick simmer add the chicken pieces and simmer on low remove from heat .
Place the cooked pasta at the bottom . pour the prepared sauce with chicken over and , garnish with chives and serve immediately ..

you can add sauces to ur sauce while simmering should you wish .
