2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red masala 2 teaspoon green masala ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper Dash of black pepper Lemon juiceVinegar
METHOD
                      Marinate your fish with the above for as long as possible..
Fry in oil, put in a Pyrex dish and throw sauce over and garnish with fresh coriander.. 
Sauce Β½ cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon lemon and herb peri peri sauce Slice of butter 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
Boil till thick.. 
Serve with chips, spice rice, garlic bread and green salad.. Enjoy π
