INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillet1 teaspoon dessicated coconut 1 tomato2 tablespoon Chana flour 1 can coconut milk½ packet sphagetti pastaSamosa purFresh dhania (coriander)Chillie flakesSilvered gingerOnions
METHOD
1. Cut 2 chicken fillet cubes into small cubes. Marinate in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala, 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) ( cumin ) powder, ½ teaspoon dhana ( coriander ) powder, ½ teaspoon crushed red chillies, 1 teaspoon chillie powder and 1 teaspoon dessicated coconut.
2. Heat ¼ cup oil with 2 Elachi (cardomom) ( cardamom ) pods, 1 small cinnamon stick and 2 whole cloves and ½ sliced onion, once onion is golden brown then add your marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Then blend one tomato and add to chicken and cook another 10 minutes.
4. Add 2 tablespoon Chana flour to ¼ cup water, mix well and add to chicken with 1 whole can coconut milk, boil for 5 minutes.
5. Boil half a packet sphagetti, drain and set aside.
6. Layer sphagetti, add chicken and on top add fresh dhania (coriander) ( corriander ), onions, silvered ginger, fried samosa pur, chillie flakes and fried garlic. ENJOY😍
