Aero Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon cocoa2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)½ cup oil½ cup warm waterBeat together then add...1 cup flour1 cup castor sugar2 ½ teaspoon baking powder5 egg yolks45g aero (chopped in small pieces)

METHOD

Beat together till smooth, fold in whites and chopped aero, pour in pan and bake on 180 for bout 20 minutes or till done(whites should be beaten till stiff)
Ganache100gr dairy milk choc¼ cup milk or fresh creamMelt on low heat stirring all the time, leave to cool then pour over cake and decorate with aero
