Adaptation of my Papi's
INGREDIENTS
500g chicken livers50g tomato paste sachet2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic1 tablespoon of honey1 tablespoon of mustard sauce1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 bay leaves1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon paprika1 tablespoon of cumin powder½ teaspoon of turmeric½ chilli powder

METHOD
Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Rahim
Wash and clean livers set aside.
Melt butter in a non stick frying panadd garlic & bayleaves fry until aromatic.Add dry spices and chicken livers cook until livers begin to Brown.
Add lemon juice mix it in.
Add tomato paste, mustard sauce and Worcestershire sauce mix it in and allow to cook until butter comes to the surface.
Lastly mix in honey and Italian herbs cover the pan and switch off your stove.
Alhamdullilah all done.
INFO & TIPS
Honey can be omitted I prefer adding it to give the livers a dash of sweetness (my own twist) and it thickens the sauce beautifully.
Chilli powder can be more if you prefer it hot instead of mild
