My mum's recipe

RECIPE

Boil Beetroot with skin on till its soft.Leave to cool then cut off the ends and peel it..
Slice a few and grate a few. Slice in 1 onion and add salt, pepper, sugar & vinegar.
Mix all together and leave overnight.. Enjoy 💋
