5 -6 Lemons.1 ball garlic.Salt.7 - 8 Medium Fresh Red chilli.2 tspoon sugar.
Wash wipe and cut lemon in small pieces.
Add 4 -5 tablespoon salt and leave in a jar. Seal the jar and store the lemons in a cool dry place for at least 1 week mixing every few days.
Blend the garlic and Red chilli coarsely.
Add the mixture, salt and sugar to the preserved Lemon. Mix well.
Ready to serve🍋
