500g steak / beef minceChana flour2 onions4 tomatoesTomato pasteSugarPeppercorns
1. Prepare kebabs....500g mince, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, 2 teaspoon dhana powder, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic, 1 teaspoon salt,1 grated onion with all the water squeezed out, 1 teaspoon tumeric, lots of freshly chopped dhania (coriander) and 1 tablespoon Chana flour. Mix mince well with spices and flour. Form into balls and set aside.
2. For the Chutney .... Grate 1 onion, add to your pot with ¼ cup oil, a sprinkle of jeeru (cumin) (cumin) seeds, 3 peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Elachi (cardomom) ( cardamom ) pod.
3. Once onion is brown, add 4 grated tomatoes, 1 teaspoon tumeric, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, 2 teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder, 1 and ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 heap teaspoon tomato paste cook until tomato starts to stick to the bottom of the pot and becomes thick.
4. Then add 1 big mug of water, 1 tomato cut into 4 pieces add straight to pot, add your kebab balls and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) (coriander) and ENJOY 😍.
