INGREDIENTS
250ml Plain thick yoghut
250ml Fresh cream
150ml Soft brown sugar
1 Large tin crushed pineapple
METHOD
1. Drain the pineapple till all the juice is removed.
Place pineapple in the base of dessert bowls or bowls.
2. Beat cream until thick & fold in the yoghurt.
3. Place yoghurt & brown sugar in alternate layers on top of pineapple. Start with cream then a layer of sugar, then a layer of cream & another layer of sugar then add last layer of cream.
4. Add sugar decorations of your choice using a skwer to move sugar on the top layer of cream.
5. Place in fridge for about an hour & serve chilled.
